So is Dulann telepathic, if so, strange how that detail was not brought up.

Thanks for mentioning.

As for telepathy, well... he may be a telepath in the Susan Ivanova way. Ivanova tended to recognize strong emotions, could keep her thoughts unnoticed and would feel discomfort near Shadow technology. Nothing worthy of mention unless the situation somehow brings it out.
