Well, as I have seen it, I can base this more on what I have done!

10. I can sit there and keep going "I've spoken to him/her, I've interviewed him/her" I can't do that with Enterprise, well not much...

9. G'Kar and the stare, you'll see.

8. Tirk, with one of the funniest lines of the movie.

7. Martell has the odd bit of sarcasm going, I feel. Sarcasm is attractive to the British, an admirmarable quality.

6. References that the B5 fans can enjoy, and laugh about when the newbies don't get them.

5. Kicking, and fighting. Woo hoo!

4. Explosions!

3. No Byron.

2. The possibilities that these characters will offer, and the five years of stories that JMS no doubt has planned!

2. Sexy cast. NC-17 fanfic writers come out of the woodwork in droves.

1. It's JMS's baby.

Well now, I'm new here so I haven't gone through all the info on what to expect in Rangers yet, but I still am hoping for the best.

If JMS can pull this off I will again be in awe of him.

Well I don't have ten reason, just one really good one. It will be the first Babylon 5 related movie since A Call to Arms. If I had a second reason, it would be the possibility of follow-up series.

Oh, gosh! How could I? I'll have to revise. See, there are just so many good vibes to this project I can't fit them all in...

10. When I see Malcolm Bridges for the first time, I'll be thinking of monkeys, rubber suits, and amoebas (thank you, Dean and Gus).

9. Character development as early as the pilot.

8. From the trailers I've seen, the special effects look pretty smooth and snazzy, and if they bring me enough into the world of the story I'll forgive the change in the way the jumpgates look.

7. G'Kar. (This is self-explanatory).

6. Real martial arts. The Matrix is cool, but this ain't the Matrix.

5. Props made from things like bread boxes and BMW hubs. They're community-theater at heart *affectionate sniff*

4. The weapons pod. The idea of the weapons pod is great - by having a human, Cantrell, become the ship, the audience is brought further into the show than if CGI simply showed the Liandra's weapons firing. How sneaky. (Plus, I don't know about you folks, but, dang - it looks fun).

3. Equal opportunity for the Drazi.

2. An acknowledgement that women are more than just fancy, talking bridge decorations.

1. Barf bags. For Minbari. I think any explanation of this would ruin the moment.

I have to agree with Honey - even though I was really excited about this new movie before any details were revealed, the mere presence of G'Kar alone would be enough to make me jump up and down with joy.

Seriously though, I just want something new and exciting - haven't had much reason to watch TV after B5, and if there's a chance of something new set in the B5 universe, then that's a great thing in itself.

I've liked the trailers. I don't mind space battles and action, especially if they are accompanied by interesting characters who have potential to grow - and hoping there will be a series, I can't see any reason why they shouldn't grow.

And a bit of sarcasm never hurts.
