Star Wreck: In The Pirkinning is coming to DVD

Yes they do take PayPal. If you are within Europe you can pay as well with a bank account transfer. Which I just did :)

    Season 5 DVD Question

Some information about the "great" job they have done for the R2 packaging: Season 1: all 6 DVDs together in one case Season 2: same, but small cosmetic changes on the back Season 3: I got initially same as Season 2, but all the DVDs were loose and damaged, so I sent it back. It took...

UK vendor won't carry S3 due to bad packaging?

Re: UK vendor won\'t carry S3 due to bad packaging? I received the set a week ago with discs 2, 3 and 4 damaged. God, these packaging guys made a mess! I've sent the set back, so I hope they still serve clients that already bought the set... :(

    Babylon 5 Chainmail Trivia

That doesn't make a lightyear shorter or longer, Fas. We measure a lightyear as the distance that light can travel during one year. A year is defined by us as the time required for the Earth to make one cycle around the sun. A Narn lightyear is not the same as an Earth lightyear, because a Narn...

    Season set prices

I suspect the French set is a full season. I ordered the German set, which is actually EUR 35 (and I guess EUR 1 is more or less $1, so this set goes for $35). The German set is complete and only differs from the English sets in the German translation of the cover, the print on the DVD and the...

WB Reissue B5 dics with Sky Full Of Stars

Hi! As I am living in Switzerland (wow what a surprise given my name), I got the German version as well. Did anyone exchange his/her german R2 disc for a new one? And if so, what is the address to send it to? Regards, GenevaRanger

WB Reissue B5 dics with Sky Full Of Stars

I am not living in UK and I bought the German version, but I will still write a letter, since the German version of the set has the same disks as the UK version (no German menus etc.). I agree with Joe here: we should send the faulty disk AFTER they have sent us the corrected one.

I still have to wait one month for the R2 release of DS9 And then another two months for the R2 release of Babylon 5 s2. But maybe it's better that way... at least I can buy food now

Bloopers would indeed be quite cool. I have seen some of them in very bad quality, but they were still quite hilarious!

Also, of course Delenn is no longer a member of the Grey Counsil in season 4. Maybe they have removed it?

    V

I am afraid it can become difficult for a sequel of V to be in the same 'style' as the original one. I surely hope they can make it work if it goes through, but we certainly don't want any Battlestar Galactica kind of situations. Since the original actors have aged quite a bit, an idea could...

    V

Look what I just saw on DarkHorizons.com: # V: The Second Mini-Series: Kenneth Johnson's most recent email concerning his talks with NBC about doing a sequel mini-series sounds promising: "At this point I am talking to NBC and Warners about a 3 or 4 hour sequel. No deal is in place, but I'm...

    V

Yep, they're getting quite cheap now. I looked at play.com and I ordered both the V DVDs (R2). The original miniseries goes for £ 8 and the Final Battle for £ 9. Wow! Not bad at all! Does anyone know something about the quality of these DVDs (image, sound etc.)?

    V

Thanks alot for the info! It is very, very tempting to order them right now!

    V

Yeah I really loved V too! I just looked at Play.com for the DVDs. They have 'V - the original miniseries' (pilot + 2nd episode) and 'V - the final battle'. How many discs are there in total actually to have the complete miniseries? GenevaRanger

    Bowling for Columbine

Well... I didn't really know whether to put this post in Off-topic or Non-babylon 5 movies. Anyhow. I was wondering what you were thinking about this documentary, especially those who live in the US. Here in Europe it seems to make quite an impression. I personally found the documentary very...

    Who destroyed Babylon 1, 2 and 3?

But why not use directly Babylon 1 instead of destroying 3 stations to get babylon 4? Oh of course! That is because they already knew from the past that they were going to use babylon 4 As G'Kar already said: since time and space are curved, the infinity will eventually turn on itself
