Delenn had accepted the position of minbari leader that she was offered in babylon squared .That some of the events that happened like the minbari civil war and the grey council's resistance to get involved in the affairs of others etc etc.Might not have happened if she were in charge that she could have perusaded them to take another course of action.What do you all think ?

Yeah, but she's the one who told Sheridan and the others about the Shadows and that they had to fight them. If she had been on Minbar, most likely the Shadow War would have ended up really badly; most likely with B5's destruction. So, she took the right decision in staying on B5 where all the action was.
