short stories canon?

Are the two short stories, "True Seeker" and "The Nautilus Coil", written in the Official B5 Magasine by Fiona Avery and J. Gregory Keyes considered canon?

I believe that all the short stories published in the Official magazine were reviewed by JMS and are considered canon. (And since Fiona was the B5 research assistant in charge of keeping the continuity straight, I'm pretty sure that anything from her word processor is going to be canon. JMS has probably made more minor continuity mistakes in his scripts and stories than Fiona has. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif)

I would say yes, especially considering JMS wrote one just to make fans begging for Marcus to come back shut up.
