Replacement DVDs?

Does anyone know of any way to obtain a replacement disc for the B5 DVD sets? I've got a Season 2 disc 5 that's pretty badly gouged (not scratched, gouged), it's well past my return date, and I can't find any contact info for Warner Home Video at all.
