I started taping S1 for my friend at school and after the thrid one they stopped. Now there is no way he will be able to see how S1 plays out before S2.

I've seen the shows available for download on Internet Relay Chat (irc) on the DALnet service, but that was last summer. DALnet has had alot of attacks lately and several channels moved onto new irc services. You might have some luck by poking around on irc and downloading what you missed there.
