Midnight Nation TPB

Does anyone know, when the Midnight Nation TPB is coming out (if at all)?
Or is it out already? I just can't find something about it anywhere.

I haven't heard anything recently but I haven't been paying much attention to the comic book world lately.

All I could find on a recent search is some talk on Top Cow's message boards. Seems the TPB has been delayed while they correct some typos and other errors. As long as it comes out in time for holiday gift giving, I will be happy.
