I saw two.

The 2001 reference was obvious.

I thought I caught a Tron reference (where the program digitized Flynn and stored him in the computer).

But I didn't see a third...

I saw the 2001 and Tron references, plus the reference to Space Invaders, which was a first generation arcade video game rather than SF.

Oops; I followed the link and saw today's strip rather than the Saturday strip initially mentioned. That's where the Space Invaders bit came in.
