Human/Minbari interface?

I'm sure someone has already asked this somewhere, but when you download the trading cards, they say there is a human/minbari interface. Is there really a minbari interface?

I think they are using the word in the Political sense.

You must never have heard any of the MBAdiot types who go around spounting nonsense like "Let's Interface on that over Lunch."
They want to sound Tech Savvy and end up sounding like the Borons they are.

I'm betting that if you viewed the trading cards on a Minbari computer, then it would appear in Minbari.
