Hair club for Minbari

If a Minbari goes through the Chrysalis and comes out with hair, then its starts to thin or fall out when he/she gets older, does that person become upset like we would?

I am sure when that happens there will
a loss of hair ritual to perform...

I wonder though... would it be a fairly new sort of ritual? It's not as if they've needed one before...

Or is it similar to the rituals performed when male Minbari first start to grow a beard?
