Garibaldi in Season 4

Browsing the JMS archive on the Lurker's guide, I found an interesting side note by JMS describing the story's main arc in 1993:

Garibaldi's checkered past will catch up with him in a way that will affect his role and make him a very different character for as much as a full season, and have lasting effects thereafter.

Has anyone got the script books for S4? Is the original motivation for Garibaldi to betray Sinclair/Sheridan included?

P.S. I finally ordered my first script book (volume 3) now that the dollar/euro ratio is quite nice. I'm quite excited, actually
