Gap in B5 schedule on SciFi?

Londos6

Regular
It doesn't really matter to me since I have all the episodes taped finally (and am looking forward to my season 1 dvds), but has anyone else checked the SciFi schedule lately? They list Objects at Rest on Sep. 27, and no more episodes until The Gathering Part 1 on Oct. 22! Bad enough they aren't showing B5 all those days, but skipping Sleeping in Light! /forums/images/icons/mad.gif

Saw they are skipping SiL, a real mistake because it gives closure to the series. At least in the Oc1-Oct 22 period they will show Crusade's 13 episodes, which gives me a chance to retape these w/o commercials.

They're not going to air "Sleeping in Light" at all this time around???
Instead on MONDAY 9/30 they air:

5:00 PM SCINEMA EVENT ROBOCOP
7:00 PM STARGATE: SG-1 CHILDREN OF THE GODS -PT 1
8:00 PM STARGATE: SG-1 CHILDREN OF THE GODS -PT 2
9:00 PM STARGATE: SG-1 THE ENEMY WITHIN
10:00 PM STARGATE: SG-1 EMANCIPATION
11:00 PM JOHN EDWARD
11:30 PM JOHN EDWARD

No "Sleeping in Light"
No "A Call to Arms"

Instead we get Robocop, four SG-1's and John Edward??? /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

Scifi had SiL as showing on Sept 30 when the Aug-Sept schedules were up but dropped it when they posted the Sept-Oct schedules.

And thanks for the Crusade order. I'll retape, this time without commercials.

Glad to know they're showing Crusade, since I didn't bother to check what was in the B5 time slot. But skipping Sleeping in Light is a big mistake IMHO.

I do firmly believe that Scifi is being run by some dark servants of the Shadows...... or a consortium of Drahk that would do better running a home-shopping type network!

Just give them time. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I firmly believe that the minimum wage clerk who types this stuff into the on-line calendar skipped down a line while filling in the blanks and missed "Sleeping in Light". A revision to the calendar, showing the broadcast date, will undoubtedly show up long before October rolls around.

Regards,

Joe

I have no idea what the Sci-Fi channel is planning for this. But JoeD's explanation makes sense to me.

Schedules can be misprinted. Especially when folks are running around trying to cope with all the faxes and (etc) you Farscape fans are sending them. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Personally, I say "Good luck, Farscape fans". I have not watched it for awhile, but you are obviously passionate about it.

I wish you much luck.

That would seem to be the case, given the typos that appeared (Daerkness? Raod?). It's kind of surprising that this stuff is typed in by hand each time. /forums/images/icons/rolleyes.gif At a minimum, you'd think they'd cut & paste.
