Anyone know of a place, other than eBay or Intergalactic Trading, where I might purchase back issues of the official B5 Magazine?

Nope, that's where I got all of mine. I just kept looking on ebay and Amazon every now and then, and finally got the last few late last year.

I brought there my only 2 B5 Magazines about 2-3 years ago.

I don't know about internet sites, but some used book stores sell old magasines.

Sometimes comic shops have them round back since past issues aren't big sellers. Try asking.
