Several actors from Babylon 5, Crusade, and Star Trek have arranged a charity photo event to benefit the Penny Lane and 9/11 charities.

For $100, you can get an autographed photo of the actors Tim Choate (Zathras/Pollix), Jeffrey Willerth (Kosh), Ed Wasser (Morden), Carrie Dobro (Dureena), Vaughn Armstrong (Nightwatch Leader/Admiral Forrest on Enterprise), Beata Pozniak (Earth Alliance President Luchenko), David Brooks (Eilerson), and Robin Downes (Byron/Moran).

This photo is 11 x 14 - larger than normal - and is limited to 1000 (individually numbered). 100% of the money for the photos goes to the charities.

Looks like Stephen Austin (the Pak'ma'ra ambassador, among other things I guess) to me. But I'm not sure.
