    Anyone still watching Lost?

Maybe it's just me, but I didn't find it at all like purgatory (more like the Tibetan Book of the Dead). To me, purgatory is far more cruel and punishing and the sideways timeline wasn't cruel, but rather for most of the Losties, it was what they wished were true or what they thought they...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Absolutely. Still trying to wrap my head around it, though. So, Jack died saving the island and the "sideways world" was a place they all somehow created to find one another again? Only, it seems like Jack got a bit "lost" in that world (very Tibetan Book of the Dead in a sense), got too...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

I have the DVR set. I'll be watching it all after the little one goes to bed as not to have interruptions. :) So, chances are I'll be up until 2am when it's all said and done. I have to remember to set Jimmy Kimmel to record too.

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Yeah, I agree. With all the emphasis they put on Richard, his death wouldn't be that bit of an anticlimax, imho. It would serve far more meaning. We will see him again, else they would have shown his body.

But, that's the point of story-telling, to guide the audience through the story, not make it super predictable (unless I misunderstood things). Insofar as understanding what's going on in general, I haven't had issues keeping track of things, I guess? But . . . I also watched a lot in huge...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Yeah, but I thought Richard was immortal. In some sense, anyway. I guess we differ in that I do see things being wrapped up. I mean, comparing it to Galactica, I guess I feel it has far more direction and emotion so I'm cool with it. I'm also ok with "on the fly" storytelling to some extent. :)

    Anyone still watching Lost?

I think I'm the only one here who is enjoying the heck out of the show and eating it up. :) I don't care to quibble at this point, I'm just basking in the glory of Ben. Oh, he definitely has a plan. I know it. And what happened to Richard?

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Yeah, I've read similar comments that they have had a lot of it mapped out. Rewatching things with my husband has been enlightening. I'm catching things I missed before that are tying up from previous seasons. :)

    Caprica

I'm really enjoying it. I LOVE the look as well--the whole city. The intro is fantastic, imho. I could watch it over and over again. I'm still waiting for Greystone to pull something out of his bum, here. I like him as the powerful genius. I also think (from seeing the previews) that he and...

I couldn't find an old one, so I'm creating this. Curious who stuck with it all season? I just finished the latest episode, and holeeeeeeeeeyyyyy cow. Wow!

    Anyone still watching Lost?

See, I don't feel that way. I have always wanted a Richard episode because he fascinates me and I want to know what makes him tick. Insofar as what this episode reveals, I'm not hoping for a metric buttload of information. That said, writers of the show seem to be hinting that this episode...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

I don't think Sawyer is thinking about how complex it might be to steer a sub, he's just thinking out his bum, grabbing for straws, so to say. I cannot WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK. :) I think Richard is such an interesting character and I can't wait to see his story. I agree that Miles + Sawyer =...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Loved this episode. And I am REALLY looking forward to Richard's episode. I want all the details! I want to see him arrive on the island; I want to see it all. I want to know why he never returned to his ship. Ben is just amazing, imho. I still think he should be the island's protector...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

I'm glad I'm not the only one enjoying Ben desperately doing what Ben does best--taking care of himself! That scene was awesome. Glad they offed some of the weirdos in the temple. The vibe from some of those peeps was a bit Byron'ish and his band of telepaths. Sayid. Oh man, he just breaks...

Game of Thrones Greenlit for HBO

Last I read, Martin crossed the 1000 page marker recently, which puts him between Clash of Kings and Storm of Swords in length. He says he doesn't want to go over the Storm of Swords mark, so I can assume he's nearing the finish line?

    Anyone still watching Lost?

My theory is that one of the two dimensions is wrong and cannot survive and the LOSTies will have to somehow change it to whatever is broken in the primary universe is fixed so that the tangent universe will cease to exist. (a'la Donnie Darko) These characters have had connections before...
