I know it has nothing to do with the Prisoner. AMS advocated a similar camp in real life for people who, by his own definition, haven't committed any crimes. While I still have no intention of turning this into a political thread, I had to jump on that.

(Wasn't it part of the Prisoner's message that prison is bad?)
