Well seeing as we've rejuvenated this thread, yes I also like Ringworld. Granted it's the only Niven story that I've read so far, but I'd like to read more of his Known Space novels.

Footfall is definitely on my 'to read one day' list. I do have The Mote in God's Eye, which Niven also wrote with Jerry Pournelle, on my bookshelf but haven't read it yet. Having said that I'm on a run of reading sf novels from the 60s and 70s, so I might give it a go sooner rather than later.
