Quite so. Elder Minbari invariably seem to command respect - Durhan, Turval, Draal, Jenimer, I suspect even Neroon may be older than he looks. By contrast, younger Minbari always seem to come across as a little naive - Lennier, Tannier, Rastenn and Rathenn spring to mind ------------------

I agree with you both completely. B5 was more than just TV for me.. it almost became like a game, studying each ep for that little clue to the future, or the nice visual touch in the background... I also spent hours each week on the net, trying to find the smallest spoiler to future episodes. B5...

They're both tempting - but I'd go for LotR to be primarily its own story, rather than a combination of the two. That doesn't mean that LotR should not touch on the Drakh story at all, or that the Excalibur and her crew shouldn't appear - I imagine the possibility of one or two *great*...
