I saw this Saturday and enjoyed it. Probably my favourite so far. On the Lucius thing, I haven't read any of the books, so this is my opinion from purely the movie side of things, I felt when it comes down to it, they had no evidence other than the word of a boy (even if he is Harry Potter) so...

Yeah I remember seeing an SG-1, weekly magazine. I haven't seen a TNG or DS9 one though.

Here in the UK, a company called DeAGOSTINI has been publishing weekly magazines for various subjects, some of which are TV shows. For the TV shows there is a DVD with an episode on each week while the magazine explores the episode in more depth. However, I can't see a B5 one on their website...
