People love giving power to those that don't want it, and whether or not G'Kar turned down the position, he still wrote one Helluva book. He threw the Centauri off Narn, and was the last of Kha'Ri. Look at one of these or all of these, but either way, G'Kar was still a household name on Narn.

You have to hand it to the people in casting. They did a great job.

I have always considered The Centauri Prime Trilogy to be the best Trilogy of them all. The Psi Corps Trilogy was a bit odd for me sometimes, and I didn't much like the Techno-Mage Trilogy at all. So it was pretty clear cut, in my opinion, that The Centauri Prime Trilogy was the winner.

J. Michael Straczynski had originally planned for Takashima to shoot Garibaldi in the back at the end of Season 1. Then, Takashima really would have been the person with the Sleeper Personality. It wasn't intended to have Jack and Talia fall victim to these things, but in the end it worked out.
