    Let's cast a B5 movie

Re: Let\'s cast a B5 movie And, what about Nicole Kidman? Since she's been in every third movie for the past five years we need to consider her. Shall we offer her the role of Lyta? But first we need to clear it with Joe DeMartino. . . . ducks and runs . . .

    Let's cast a B5 movie

Re: Let\'s cast a B5 movie What about that Frodo guy for the role of Lennier? Of course his costume would have to drag the floor in order to cover up those hairy feet.

    Coming Attractions!

No, I didn't see that preview but will watch for it and the movie. We're always looking for something a little different. Most of the movie plots are just the same old thing over and over. We recently saw Terminator III, on DVD, and just couldn't believe how bad it was.

    Coming Attractions!

For those with limited funds, try your local library. Our library lends both Videos and DVD. Many are movies released within the last year or two. And, you can keep them longer than the ones you rent from the Video stores.

    Coming Attractions!

Thanks Recoil and drakh for the links. The movie has great special effects - hope they remember to have a story! If you can make the first movie showing of the day most theatres (in north New Jersey, USA) charge only $5.00. And, you usually have your choice of seats so you don't have to rush...

    Coming Attractions!

We went to the movies yesterday and sat through 10 minutes of commericals, Levi's, coke, etc. Arn't tickets and snack prices high enough? Now we have to pay to watch commercials. Then we sat through endless and I mean endless coming attractions. The movie began 25 minutes after the posted...

    B5 actors in movies

Actors from the Babylon Universe, appearing on TV, are featured on the litle rolling crawl and on the Home Page. Questions: 1. Is Home Page and crawl only for TV appearances? What about Babylon actors appearing in the movies? 2. And, if we discover a B5 actor appearing in a feature film do...

    Mystic River

We saw it yesterday and it lived up to all the hype. One reviewer said he was glad that he didn't have a Oscar vote becasue he wouldn't be able to decide between Sean Penn and Tim Robbins.

    JMS News

Geo Kuutio - I can understand how a person can have some interesting story ideas but not know how to put them on paper or how to go about getting them published. I have a great story idea but trying to make the characters come alive is beyond my limited talent.

    JMS News

I mistakenly thought that JMS was personally connected with the site. Weren't we (here at b5tv) anticipating an announcement from JMS around mid-October? Did I miss it?

    JMS News

http://jmsnews.com/ JMS News now has a discussion board. Unfortunately, it is temporarily closed to fix a problem. Will we be able to get some inside info at this site? Will JMS respond to questions? We can hope can't we? :)

    Sleeping in Light

I purposely put THE in the title in order to flush Joe out. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

    Sleeping in Light

"Sleeping in Light" was on today and I saw it one more time!! Even though I was not a particular fan of the "love story," this finale was well done and hit just the right note. We waited again to see JMS turn off the lights. [b][Note: Edited by the moderator who is just anal and can't...

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy has been Bravo's (cable TV) smash hit this summer. Five Gay Guys counsel a straight guy and help him get his act together. They re-do his home, help him shop and advise him on clothes, grooming, food, etc. At the end of each show his girl-friend, wife or friends...

    Good SF/fantasy read?

"Saucer" by Stephen Conts is a great little book. It's out in paper back and is lots of fun. I got it at the local drug store. You can also go to several sites that list Sci Fi award winning books by year. One site is "Nebula" and another site is "Hugo." If a book is on both list then it...

    Enterprise Season 2 Finale [SPOILERS]

I thought of 'Rangers' when the ball was hurtling toward earth. I was waiting for germ warfare! And, didn't the captain (or someone) say that Soldiers would be assigned to the Enterprise? Where were they?
