He's still around on FB. He had taken a break from the big B5 page for a while but just recently came back.

Maybe? I know that the remastering has been a pretty major topic but unless he chooses to answer a comment or question, I don't know for sure. He doesn't seem to know who's done them so we can't assume he'll be able to inform anybody, I'm afraid. Hypatia, it all depends on the Pateron...

Couldn't even begin to guess. JMS doing something mainstream is a major surprise in the first place. What he's said before about it was: So I'll go so far as to guess that it's not a romance. :p

All he's said is that it's a mainstream novel and hasn't indicated any sub-genre so far.

Indeed. But that podcast comment about something in the works was too vague to amount to anything, I don't think. We saw something similar when some marketing rep said something several years back. I'd love to be proven wrong but with B5 & WB, I'll believe it when I see it.

JMS has said in the past that often *not* showing something makes it even more effective since our brains fill in the gaps. I guess the question would be whether it would serve the story in some way to show it? I'm not able to think of much use for showing it.

I think we've got most of the ones pulling Dresden in every direction all gathered now...maybe! :)
