I'm catching a vibe here that Kosh's encounter suit is "dressing down" for his position compared to the one Ulkesh wears. Where did you guys pull this from?

Throughout the entire cannonical or even semi-cannonical B5 universe (including books and whatever else has been officially released), are there any other named Vorlons besides Kosh and Ulkesh? I know at least a few visually appear throughout the series, but I don't think any of them are named.
