There were so many good things in this episode, and it served to blur the line between "good guys" and "bad guys" here. I loved that Ivanova was about to straight up murder Bester, that Bester makes the fair point that what he does is no different than what Garibaldi does with intimidating...

I really felt like Season 1 was the weakest.

A--, but still an A. The direction that Earth is going in this episode really hits hard, the encounter and exploring of the galaxy had a great sense of adventure and danger / fear of the unknown. Some of the humor was too cheesy, hence the double minus.

As someone not very big on forgiveness, I just didn't get into this one. The best part was Theo lecturing Sheridan about forgiveness at the end... but it's hard for me to get emotionally involved with a character that has just been introduced this very episode.

Watching the series in sequence from Season 1 to the beginning of Season 3 so far I didn't really notice it... but when I jumped back through time dramatically to Season 1, I noticed the following things: -Ivanova got a little fatter by S3 (this is what Dr. Franklin wanted) -Na'Grath is gone...

Quite simply... where did he go? I'm reasonably sure that both he and Zack were around for at least a couple episodes... and then he disappears entirely midway through season 2. Did they actor crap out? Was there a part planned for him?

I was going to give this a C, but upon reflection the exchange between Longo and G'kar in the elevator was powerful in that it told us a lot about G'kar's mental state, particularly the depth of his hatred.
