Yes, without any problems. I'd assume that if they're not playable, it's more likely to be a technical (browser? plug-in? too slow connection?) issue than keeping the non-Brits away.

When I bought it via Bill Mumy's site a couple of years ago, I had no problems with having it shipped to Estonia, so I doubt that shipping to Russia would be the problem. Being out of stock, of course, is definitely an issue, as is the price - probably one of the most (if not the most)...
