I skipped over a lot of the boring parts of LOTR when I was reading it. :lol:

I read the book. It wasn't quite up to par with LOTR, but I still enjoyed it. I almost never go to the movies, but I would go see this one.

I instantly took to B5 in season 5. I liked it from the very first episode that I watched. I hadn't seen any of the previous seasons, so when people whined that Lochley wasn't like Ivanova, and that they missed Marcus and Sinclair so I didn't have the slightest idea what the big deal was. :lol:

I should buy the Avengers movie on DVD. The next one that I would actually to go the theater to see would be the new Hobbit movie. :lol:

I wonder if the Vorlons would have left anything for the Minbari, considering out of all the younger races it seemed the Minbari had the most contact with the Vorlons, or at least had more knowledge of them than the other races.

First of all, welcome to the forums. :) Secondly, when you say you have one problem with the show: that it ended, you're expressing a thought many of us have had, I'm sure. I myself would have loved to see a few more seasons of Babylon 5, but I guess you could say that having only five seasons...

I've read the Barsoom books. I quite enjoyed them. Burroughs style of writing is a little hard to follow sometimes, but other than that I found the books to be excellent reads. I'd love to see the movie, but I'll probably wait until it comes out on DVD and buy it. :lol:

I don't have much of a problem with spam in Babbleon. Occasionally a spam thread will show up and I just delete it. Now, Babbleon can be a scary place because there's so much insanity that goes on there. It scares regular members here, so it probably scares spammers too. :lol:

I watched the premier of Terra Nova tonight. I found it interesting. I loved dinosaurs as a kid....was absolutely fascinated with them, so I was really looking forward to watching this show....even if only for the dinosaurs. So far the dinos haven't disappointed. :D I kinda like the Shannon...

Too many goodies here to choose from! There's lots I'd like to see happen....more Legend of the Rangers, more Crusade, more about Valen. I'd love to see the Centauri Trilogy put into film too.
