    SPOILER thoughts on Matrix Reloaded

Not as much as the last one.

    Star Trek (SPOILERS)

Well, I just saw it for a second time ... first movie I saw twice opening weekend. I honestly think this one may challenge for top Trek movie for me.

    Star Trek (SPOILERS)

I love the reboot. Admittedly, my thought at the end was "if you're gonna nuke/reboot all the previous work ... couldn't they have gotten Enterprise too?" I am more of a modern Trek guy, I grew up with TNG, watching "Encounter at Farpoint" was one of my earliest memories. Yes, this was more of...

Doctor Who: Planet of the Dead

I haven't experienced Mel yet ... but I have seen Peri. I'm sure there's a nice person there somewhere, but her voice is so grating I cannot watch her. Going back to the episode, Christina goes pretty low on the list of companions. I found her uninteresting and the other bus members quite flat...

    Steven Spielberg's "Taken"

I really liked the first few parts, but found the quality of the mini declines with each part. Best is behind 'ya.

    Galactica Season 4 (Spoilers Within)

This episode was chock full of great moments for almost everyone in the cast, from Adama to Zarek. I was pleased to see Kelly back, thought the character didn't deserve the mad bomber arc, so his redemption was nice to see. Loved Apollo and Starbuck breaking out the Cylons. I even liked seeing a...

    Star Trek *spoilers*

Damn, here I am, a recovering Trekkie, and what happens? Trailer sucked me right back. From the red alert sirens to the cast to the pretty ships and pretty explosions ... hooked. Must See. Want Now.

Breaking Doctor Who News (MEGA SPOILER)

Names I've heard bandied about that I could see doing an awesome Doctor: - Chiwetel Ejiofor - Adrian Lester - Russell Tovey (though that's pure hormones, the guy is hot)

    Tropic Thunder

Huh, I might give this a watch. I was going to pass on it because of the Stiller. I always seem to be watching his movies in spite of him, instead of because of him. I liked Dodgeball, but more for the puerile joy of seeing Rip Torn throw wrenches at people, and Gary Cole and Justin Bateman as...

    What are you watching now?

I've gotten into Flashpoint. I'm enjoying looking for the Toronto references and seeing familiar scenes.

    Carnivale

Wow, epic thread necromancy here. I found Carnivale a little dense and slow in the first season, and while I like Nick Stahl, I was a little annoyed with how passive Ben can be. That said, I did really enjoy the series, wish it'd gotten a third.

    Dr Who - Season 30 (4) [SPOILERS]

HOLY. FRAK. O.M.G. More when my brain has stopped exploding.

    The Incredible Hulk

I liked the Ang Lee one too. The comic book transitions were really cool, Bana did a good job as Bruce. My main issue was with Nolte.

    Your Favourite TV Show Intro?

Doctor Who has a nice theme, the new, slighter harder theme for Series 4 is lovely. I like Torchwood's techno theme, though I'm not a fan of Captain Jack's intro at the top of the episode. My favourite B5 credits has to be Season 5. And, yes, I can sing the Firefly theme. I love the Battlestar...

    Dr Who - Season 30 (4) [SPOILERS]

Re: Dr Who - Season 30 (4) I was introduced to the Doctor with the new series, but I've gone back and watched some of the older stuff. Peri has got the most annoying voice ever.

    Iron Man

Eh, I didn't really like Spiderman 2. X2, however, is my absolute favourite comic book movie, with Batman Begins up there. As for Iron Man. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't call it best written. Loved the interactions between Tony and Pepper, the sequences of Tony building his suit was a little Wil...

    Charlie Jade

It was okay. The main problem is the initial few episodes move quite slowly and the main characters aren't that likeable. Still, the show picks up quite a bit in the second half.

    Galactica Season 4 (Spoilers Within)

Well, that was a mindfrak. Lovely premiere, but it seemed a little too much moving pieces around, "solving" the last cliffhanger and setting up the next. That said ... well I've been dying for new BSG, and the episode delivered. Still, pretty ships, pretty explosions, very pretty people. I'm happy.

So...what is everybody reading now? (part Deux)

I'm reading the Bourne Identity. It is substantially different from the movie.
