Locke could be my only reason to watch and I would. :) I totally get where you are coming from. I too forgive Lost for these things, but Heroes . . . bleh.

She's a croaker, but lots are coming back this season - even dead peeps. Maybe her too?

Interesting. You would think that Abrams would have left a guideline as to the ABC's of certain things. I guess for me, I've enjoyed the fact that the show has really taken off with the supernatural/sci-fi theme and run with it. I'm glad they had the nads to do it. I'm digging where the show...

See, for me, BSG was (with the exception of Starbuck as mentioned already). They explained the cylons, the missing 5. They explained the whole "this has happened before" thing. They explained the history. Now, they did so in such a manner that it was a huge chunk of Delenn-length dialogue...

(nods) It felt like the writers went through a "well, we don't know what we're going to do with this now, so . . . uh . . . yeah, this works" kind of moment.

Hard to say. JJ Abrams has a chance to vindicate himself for what he did to Alias. I love the turns the show has taken. A lot actually HAS been explained and lot has been covered in the last season. I think they can do it. But, I also think BSG was explained to my satisfaction.

Haha! I didn't think you were. :) But I know a few peeps in my online world who are being super-annoying about it. I am still sitting here in awe. The 3D was so absolutely amazing. In the forest, you'd see these flying insects on the screen (and little floaty things) that felt like they...

Will it for sure? I'm hearing so many mixed things. I hope it comes back. It was fluffy fun for me. :)

I think most people "get" the imperialism in the film. But, if you're honestly going to let a fictional story upset you because it takes a stance for the sake of the story, then I'm really not interested. (Speaking to the "general" you.) I think it's a genuine waste of brain cells to jump...

I'm late coming into this thread. I just saw it in 3D. WOW. Just wow. I'm not gonna buy into the whole notion that it was lefty, "whitey is bad" type stuff. I'd rather just enjoy the living shit out of it and leave all the politics to people who have way too much time on their hands. A...

Yeah, I enjoyed her work as well. I can't help but wonder if drugs are involved. :(

    Heroes New Season

Ok, so I finished season 3. Holy krikey. The writers for season 3 need to be punched in the junk, OR, the powers that be who forced them to write that festering turd of a season. Too many plot holes and contrivances to count. It felt like one big cluster-frack of high school writing 101.

Ok, I thought I heard that they borked up season 1's order? I've been trying to get it on Netflix FOREVER. which version is this on Amazon?

I just started watching Breaking Bad. It's pretty good so far! I have Buffy season 1 as well.

    Legend Of The Seeker

I understand. I guess if it was network television, I'd be worried? :) I think it's in good hands, but I like a lot of HBO's shows.

    Legend Of The Seeker

Haha, I don't know who is running around in forests in robes in Ice and Fire! I know a lot of stuff happens in the courtroom, in the war room, in the bedroom for that matter. :) From what I have read of the True Blood book series (I never read them) they are kind of picking and choosing from...

    Legend Of The Seeker

How is it too muddled for the masses? We have to take into consideration that the show will probably not follow the stories exactly. Look at True Blood on how they've changed things up. Furthermore, with the multiple POV's, that element simply won't translate to any kind of film/series...

Game of Thrones Casting (so far)

Haha. Yeah, the girl who plays Arya is going to have to be a steely, feisty little thing. I really cannot wait.
