Channel flipping during a bout of insomnia last night led me to a cheesy sci-fi flick about some aliens that live inside people or something. Two of the crew:

- that guy who was the head of the remaining Nightwatch people after most got kicked out who kidnapped Delenn, the dude with the wacky eye.
