I think my favorite part of B5 comes during this scene;

Late in the series, Londo is talking to Vir. The conversation goes something like this, "Vir, I've known you for a number of years now. Even after all this time and all the things that have happened, you remain the same dear, sweet innocent lad I met when you first got off the shuttle, from which I am forced to conclude that you haven't been paying attention!"
