One of my all time favourites is G'Kars speech right at the end of Za'ha'dum. Can't remember the exact words but it starts:
"The war paused, suddenly and unexpectedly..."
and it ends
"No-one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us, we know only, that it is always born, in pain..."
I thought this was a very powerful speech but with the visuals and music as well it just blew my mind /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Another good one is in S4 where Delenn & Sheridan are exploring each others 'pleasure centres'. Afterwards, Sheridan is in the lift with Lennier who just looks at Sheridan and says
"Woo Hoo?"

For me Londo always came out with many of the classics.
The one about anyone being emporer, Vir could be emporer, and if Vir can be emporer then a small earth cat could be emporer.
But another favorite of mine is,

When Galen launches the probe to the surface of the planet, upon landing it turns into a (( well for lack of the proper mage term)) clone of Galen and the alien research ship justs starts disecting him. And the whole time Galen is just giving that whole line of dialougue and the liver part was just hillarious. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
The part where the EA captain is describing to Gideon and Galen about how the drive units on some of his heavy lift birds have been turned to peanut butter Lol.
The scene with Alwyn and Galen in the bar, discussing the performance of Alwyns demons against the EA troops.
My all time favorite ones come from ITB.
"The humans I think, knew they were doomed, but where another race would have surrendered to dispair, the humans fought back with even greater strength.
They made the Minbari fight, for ever inch of space, never in my life have I seen anything like it, they would weep, they would pray, they would say good bye to their loved ones and then throw themselves, with out fear or hesitation at the very face of death its self, never surrendering.
No one, who watched them fighting against the inevitable could help but be moved to tears by their courage, their stubborn nobiliity.
When they ran out of ships, they used guns, when they ran out of guns they used knives and sticks and bare hands, they were magnificent,it is my hope, that when it is my time, that I die with half as much dignity as I saw in their eyes at the end.
They did this for two years, they never ran out of courage, but in the end, they ran out of time."

Then there was the Presidents speech.... forgive it for not being totally accurate.
"Are we on? This is......this is the President, I've just been informed that our mid range bases at Beta Durani and Proxima three have fallen to the Minbari advance, we've lost contact with Io and must assume they fell to an advance force, our military intel. believes that the Minbari intend to bypass mars and hit earth directly and the attack could come at any time.
We have continued to broadcast our surrender and a plea for mercy, but they have not responded, we there fore can only conclude that we stand at the twilight of the human race.
In order to buy more time for our Evacuation transports to leave earth, we ask for the support of every ship capable of fighting, to take part in the last defense of our home world. We will not lie to you, we do not believe that survival is a possibility, we believe that anyone who joins this battle, will never come home.
But for every ten minutes we can delay the military advance, several hundred more civilians may have the chance to escape to neurtral territory, though earth may fall, the human race must have the chance to continue else where.
No greater sacrifice has been asked of a people, but I ask you now, to step forward one last time, one last battle to hold the line against the night.
May god, go with you all."
And finnaly....
"Now I would be less then honest if I said this was going to work, it might it might not, we could very well blow up right along side the enemy. But atleast it will give us a fighting chance of taking them out with us..... unless anyone else has a better idea....::insert silence:: Nuts."

I used another good Kosh quote in conversation with other people. Koshims used on the unwary have EXACTLY the effect they had in the show... bwa ha ha...
