I see that when entering B5TV.COM a popup advert starts. The Intel 4 advert is very slow and noisy. Not a very good way to win friends.

Quite right... you have probably visited some other site before this that has popups, and some of them might be slow to react. Or you've downloaded some program (knowingly or not) that opens popups at random times.
It's happened to me sometimes - you can be long gone from some site when a popup related to their site opens, so yeah, it can be a bit confusing.
