Yes, but that's not necessarily a cause to panic. The site does go down occasionally (possibly for updates and such). We'll keep checking.

Just got a note from DougO that rebooting the site remotely hasn't worked so he's opened a service ticket at the data center. Hopefully it'll be back up soon.
