...and when I heard the Soviet Premier's voice on the phone, could swear it sounded almost exactly like Londo's (i.e. Peter Jurasik's) voice, in a very similar accent. I can't seem to find a credit for that though, as it was purely a voice role. Anyone know if it was him?
(Very excellent and taut nuclear war thriller from 1990, made for HBO, starring James Earl Jones, Martin Landau, Powers Boothe and Rebecca de Mornay, about the struggle to keep a nuclear war that had started somewhat accidentally, from escalating to total global destruction. It is from the perspective of US leadership, and SAC bomber pilots, but is not at all satirical like "Doctor Strangelove".)
