This isn't a "book" in the sense of "a novel"
at all. There's nothing to read here. It is a guide book for a game, not a narrative. And it is from a company that JMS has very publicly dissociated himself from. So I don't know in what sense this can be considered "still
B5". Basically it is licensed fanfic. As far as I'm concerned the only that that "is still
B5" is material that has been approved of and vetted by JMS.
