Amen. So what do you suggest as an alternative? I'm going to read. Right now I reading "Chindi" by Jack McDevitt. Really an excellent writer of SciFi.

I watched Stargate SG-1 DVDs (last two eps of Season 1 and the first three of Season 2) while John Doe and Tremors (both eps.) were recorded (Tremors on VHS EP, and if you know me, that says a lot. ).

Haven't watched Tremors eps. yet, but at least this way, I can FF thru the commercials.
