I look forward to more variety, when/if the HD broadcast market ever makes it over here.

I've never even heard of those channels.
 
I get MGMHD, but not the others. They own MGM films from certain years. According to wikipedia, they own 1,200 films mastered in HD.
 
I don't live in an area that has cable tv. I only have access to satellite broadcasters. When you pay an extra $10 for the Dish network platinum you get all the others included plus MGM HD. Indiplex HD is like the old IFC, and Retroplex HD is like AMC used to be.
