What order to see it all in?

I suggest just watching the series (seasons 1-5) as is, and then expanding your way into the extended universe. It's a lot easier and the story is a lot "tighter" in that regard.

Short but sweet Claudia Christian interview

Ouch, she won't even watch the lost tales? I guess she never really liked babylon 5, huh? Just a job.. oh well.

Is Garibaldy responsible for the fall of Centaury Prime?

I actually just started watching B5 again and at first I thought the same - that some of the stuff was a bit cheesy. As I got into the middle of Season 1 though the show re-gained its charm on me, and I'm still given the impression of great-ness. Sure it's not perfect, but what is? B5 is still...

    Babylon 5 graphic novel...

I thought JMS didn't want to do any small B5 stories anymore after the lost tales didn't quite work out? Thought he was aiming for a movie or none at all.

    Sorry, another Newbie...

IMO it's a bit much to worry about the movies and other spin off media the first run through. Heck, I and many people I know didn't even catch all of the plot detail in the series itself until the second run through! My suggestion is to just watch seasons 1-5 - it's a pretty obvious order and...

    Star Trek (SPOILERS)

I don't know if I'd call Urban's acting an impression, it certainly captured McCoy, which it needed to. Unlike stage acting, audiences with TV and Film DO have expectations as to how a character should sound, walk, look, etc. Stage acting, eg any work of Shakespeare, has just names on a page...

    Terminator Judgment Day

You sure about that? I'm almost positive they cut out his face from prior terminator films and merely composed it onto a body builder.

    Terminator Judgment Day

If you mean salvation, I liked it. Was it as good as the originals? No. Did it have cliches? You bet. But it was pass-able, and fun to watch. This film I found to be the opposite of Star Trek. When watching Star Trek, the less you thought about the original material the better the film it...

    Star Trek (SPOILERS)

Heh, interestingly I wasn't too fond of Pegg as Scotty. I thought Urban did an amazing job as McCoy though.

Babylon 5 and You Tube ?

Isn't all of Babylon 5 up on Hulu? You could try there.

Does any tv series / book saga / movie saga achieve B5's plot structure?

Plenty of books do - perhaps not in the same scope, but definitely in spirit. I don't really think any other TV series quite does it the same - I wouldn't count Star Trek DS9 because it's kind of a b5 rip off. Movies are on a very different scale, so it's very difficult to create detailed and...
