Same here. Even the worst episodes have some elements that tie into one of the arcs, so I do not skip any episodes. But there are some scenes I wish hadn't been included, like the Ivanova sex dance around the Lumati. It's embarrassing.

I think the Zathrii are directly related to the Great Machine somehow and may be the servant race of the original creators (speculative). In the comic "In Valen's name", we see another side of Zathras that suggests that there is more to them than is suggested by their humble and crazed appearance.

I think that perhaps the box absorbs more and more of its owner's essence, while the owner becomes more and more dependent on the box. While in the beginning, the owner is the master, the box becomes the master when the owner is no longer able to take any decision without asking the box.

Correct, and only the three Ranger Ones that make up THE ONE are given the titel Entil'Zha (creator of the future). That - and the very definition of Entil'Zha - makes clear that while the One is a figure of Minbari belief (or will be), their story is a B5 story, not only a human/Minbari one.
