Re: Legend of the Rangers: What Would Have Happened?

Not to go OT, but SyFy have the new V, Legend of the Seeker and a few other good ones too. There is, admittedly, some real dross in there ("The amorous adventures of the invisible man" springs to...

Re: B5 game ---- Minbari Hangman?

Wow! All this time, and no-one got it?
OK then, it's Londo to Refa on the poisoning of the latter by the former. Missing words are

sooner, later, do, to and me.

Try an easier one then?

"I...

Re: Favourite minor character?

OK, well I've been away for a bit (important matters of state, you know!), so just back to tell you I've created two offsite polls, with much more choices AND, more importantly, MULTIPLE choices....

Re: Favourite minor character?

Didn't Jeff Coombs also play the Ferengi Brunt in several episodes? Proof he can also do funny!

Re: Speculate: A New Galactic World Order under the Shadows?

Interesting... but surely if the labs on Mars were destroyed, the virus itself would be too (assuming Bester hadn't been able to get to it/know if it as he wouldn't have been in a position to enlist...

Re: Speculate: A New Galactic World Order under the Shadows?

Excellent answer, Galahad: well thought out indeed.

I do wonder though what would have happened with Psi Corps, assuming Sheridan was out of the picture? The Shadows knew telepaths could harm...

Re: B5 game ---- Minbari Hangman?

Oh dear. Minus several zillion points for effort, but as you say, you're busy.

So.... (hah!)

Next one, let's make it a toughie....

"And because, ------ or -----, you would -- it --...

Re: Favourite minor character?

OK, well I'd prefer if people could do it this way: if the character they want to votre for is on the list, vote. If not, post. Either way we can tally up the scores, but if I keep adding character...

Re: Michael Garibaldi --- a journey

You're right of course, and I don't mean (nor, I think, do I say anywhere in the post) that Garibaldi is more important than anyone else, just that the story can be viewed through his eyes more...

Re: Favourite minor character?

Guys, no-one's clicking on the poll, just posting answers.
Can you please select your choice from the poll (top of the post when you click it)?
Thx

Speculate: A New Galactic World Order under the Shadows?

Assume, just for a moment, that something happened. Sheridan went to Zha'dum and didn't jump, and was killed. Or Delenn never met Sinclair, and so Babylon 4 never went back in time. Or Sheridan,...

Michael Garibaldi --- a journey

I know many people say (and I agree) that the story of Babylon 5 is,in many ways, the story of Londo Mollari, but I would like to put forward the theory that it is also the story of Michael...

So you get to set the next one....

FYI for those unaware, it was Garibaldi to the shop vendor in "Infection". Context: he's talking to the lady ISN...

Re: B5 game ---- Minbari Hangman?

Wow! I'm the only one posting in my own thread!
Would it help if I pointed out that the number of spaces in each missing word is exactly the amount of letters in each word? No?

Anyone needs a clue, let me know!

See yaz in the morning!

Favourite minor character?

We all have a favourite. Who (or what) is yours? Add more if I have left someone out, which I'm sure I have.

Re: Telepaths ---season 5 -- how do you rate them?

Re: Telepaths ---season 5 -- how do you rate them?

I would also agree with the general feeling that Byron was ungrateful, for want of a better word. His whole manner, from the time he arrived on B5, was sullen, argumentative and extremely superior....

Re: Telepaths ---season 5 -- how do you rate them?

I have to disagree with you there. Although I agree it didn't really get back to the level of greatness with the arc stories until halfway through the season, I think it was on top of its game with...

Re: Telepaths ---season 5 -- how do you rate them?

Thx for the quick reply, Sindatur! Nice to know I'm welcome... :)

I think tbh JMS missed what could have been a major development in the plot, where when Lyta and Byron "get together", he sees in...

Telepaths ---season 5 -- how do you rate them?

Title doesn't really explain my question too well, sorry.
What I mean is, rewatching season 5 now, I groaned inwardly when Byron made his appearance, because to me at least, the telepaths who came...

Re: What's your rewatching thoughts?

I must admit when I watched this originally (and again, just now) I always assumed, perhaps naively, that the sun was going nova of its own accord. I know it's not supposed to do so for billions of...
