Well, I liked the story idea/plot of Thirdspace. I just thought Shari Belafonte's portrayal of Trent and her acting in general was really bad. and it kind of brought down the film for me. I don't really know why I feel that way, maybe I should watch it again. :-D

you know, I actually liked some of the 8 Crusade episodes after TNT's interference. And I *LOATHED* one of the original 5 grey uniform episodes (Visitors From Down The Street). Of the black uniform episodes. the episode with the other technomage (Alwyn?) and The Well of Forever I thought were...

Seriously? Did JMS simply refuse? Does anyone else wish they got it? I could have lived with having SIL pushed back another year.

I enjoyed Thirdspace and River of Souls well enough. I thought A Call To Arms and In The Beginning were fantastic, Thirdspace slightly above River of Souls, but I didn't think any of them were that bad. They're all much more enjoyable than The Gathering in my opinion. IMO, the Rangers pilot...

Then they might just have to lower their asking price. Any $$ WB gets from showing this on TV is just a bonus to what it will sell when all the fans buy it. If it gets good ratings, they can sell future installments to the cable channels for more $$

there's no reason why they wouldn't be on, say, sci fi channel, assuming they still have the b5 broadcast rights. If not, WB, can probably license it to any channel. Cartoon Network showed all of the marvel comics direct-to-dvd animated features on tv, DirecTV's freeview channel often shows DVD...

I don't know if this has been asked before, I'm not going through 60 pages of thread, but how are they going to deal with Claudia's absence, not to mention Andreas Katsulas and Richard Biggs? Is "The Lost Tales" supposed to take place during the original 5 years? Thats what my impression was...

Actually Sci Fi showed Crusade as early as 2001, IIRC Rangers wasn't made until 2002.

In retrospect, LOTR really stinks. IF a series had spawned from it, I would have probably enjoyed it alot more. But when i think about it now, Sci Fi gave JMS a two hour tv movie, he of course tried to sell a series, which is the right thing to do, but with hindsight, how many of us wish that...

I just hope JMS has a way to finish the story to Crusade. Whether it be in print, or wahtever.

I can't imagine anyone willing to pay even more than what they are now. In the end its going to be nearly $600 including shipping. I guess there will be rabid fans, but if they are that rabid, why not just buy them now?

Why would anyone expect it to change?
