That shot in 'Survivors' must have got past me during the first run, so I assumed it was in 'And the Sky....'

Sorry but I'll have to disagree.
For me the thing I look forward to most is the episodes themselves. Although the extras are good fun, I doubt that your average DVD buyer will watch them many times after the first viewing. (In comparison...
He mentions it as a fault at the bottom of his review. What I meant was that he didn't make it clear that this 'chubbycam' horizontal stretch only happens in one episode (And not at all in Region 1 apparently). From the review:

Not on my 28" widescreen TV they didn't!
Sporadically, across a few of the first 5 or 6 episodes, there was a noticeable grainy effect on certain shots (no doubt for the reasons the reviewer gives) but the only times this ever reached a distracting, "extremely poor", level was in two...
Although there are a few problems with the occasional grainy shot on the early epsiodes such as "Soul Hunter" the only real problem with the Region 2 DVDs, so far (Next Episode: Signs and Portents), has been on "And The Sky Full Of Stars".
I've been viewing the DVDs on a 28 inch Widescreen TV...
