I got a chance to see the uncut Voyage of the Damned...and there was that scene...kinda cute. Always wondered on the Doctoc knew Balakafalava's name in subsequent scenes. Makes me also wonder what other scenes have been cute from the BBCA reruns over the years.

I would agree that the episode was OK...defintely not the best...though it was very emotional. I also watched the "best of Christmas" Dr. Who episodes that aired on BBCAmerica afterwards and noticed there was at least 1 scene from the "Voyage of the Damned" episode that I don't recall seeing...

I'm about half-way through Season 5...Byron just got incinerated and then I saw the Regent...gotta love that actor and pity the poor character.

Of those listed I chose Cartagia (Corwin a distant 2nd). My favorite minor character was "Minister"...great actor, great role, great performance.

I've rewatched the series several time - even including the episodes that I really don't care for - and each time I pick up some line of dialog or reference that makes me think..."o NOW that makes more sense". I also find that I've been liking the episodes that I originally didn't care for more...

Thanks for the info. So TNT had not yet "rescued" B5 yet when they were filmed? Seeing them billed as a TNT Production is what triggerd my question/confusion. Didn't mean to rehash all the old Claudia vs JMS discusion. Andy

Just re-watched Thirdspace and a timing question popped into my head. The movie takes place between the Shadow war and the Earth-civil war (mid season 4), but was a TNT “presentation”, so it was actually filmed after season 4 filming ended, right? If so, how was Ivanova/Claudia featured so...
