In its first week on Pick (13-19 November 2017) Babylon 5 episodes appeared in the top 10 shows four times. The pilot with 198,000 viewers was the second highest rated show. In the second week two episodes made the list.

In the UK Babylon 5 is running at 8 pm on the Pick TV channel. I hope it gets the ~160,000 viewers needed to get into the top ten programs.

One factor to take into account is that Lyta is a telepath - a walking lie detector. Her talent does not allow her to detect lies in videos and written material but she can surface scan the man walking beside her. She would know what the official story (lie?) about the Babylon 4 mystery but not...

The satellite and cable channel Watch is showing Season 4 of Babylon 5 at 1.50am (middle of the night) on weekdays. Watch is channel 407

The Vorlons would need a good reason to do that. Much simpler to make two encounter suits the same.

It is more complex than that Jan. I have no problems seeing Ivanova as a military officer - she has the needed aggression and is not trying to get people to love her. She did not flirt with people in meetings the way Lochley did.

Elizabeth Lochley never struck me a military officer. Tracy Scoggins was good when she played the girlfriend but not as the boss-man in drag.

Warner Brothers has a history of using Babylon 5 to test out new techniques. Redoing the CGI so the show can be issued as Blu-Ray sounds like the latest 'new technique. Previous experiments include issuing the episodes in a season on DVD rather than individual episodes. Go. Warners Go.

Durena was the last of her race. I meant Lyta undercover - after the Telepath War she must have about 1/3 of Psi Corps hate her. JMS likes strong women characters. Weak women do not stay stunt women for long.

Durena is more than a pretty face. She is a prosthetics role that does stunts. Most actresses will not take the job. Replace the character by Lyta. Give Lyta a different name and the crew can spend the next 5 years pretending not to have worked it who she is. Doctor Chambers - any 40 year...

Only 17 people have voted for Babylon 5, so extra votes can make a big difference.

Is there any way of automating taking the current CGI and expanding it? This may make a big difference to the price.
